These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Plaazaa. By creating an account or using Plaazaa, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Plaazaa is a community platform where people take part in Spaces — communities such as a city, a housing estate, a class or a company — and use the tools each Space provides. Some tools are offered by Space organisers (for example, a local government office handling problem reports). We may add, change or remove features as Plaazaa develops.
You own what you post. You give Plaazaa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display and share your content only as needed to operate the service — for example, showing your post to the audience you chose. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already shared it or where we must keep it by law.
Only post content you have the right to share.
To keep Spaces trusted and useful, you must not:
Buying and selling happens directly between members. Plaazaa is not a party to these deals and does not guarantee items, payments or delivery. Describe items honestly, meet in safe places and report suspicious listings.
Using Plaazaa as a member is free. Some optional features may be paid, such as promoted posts, ads or advanced Space tools. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
You can report content or accounts from the menu on any post or profile. We may remove content, limit features or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law, and we will tell you why where we can. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and we will review it.
The Plaazaa name, logo, design and software belong to Plaazaa. You may not copy or use them without our permission, except as allowed by law.
We work hard to keep Plaazaa available and safe, but we provide it "as is". We are not responsible for content posted by members or organisers, or for deals between members. To the extent the law allows, Plaazaa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Thai consumer law.
You can close your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts as described in section 8, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; for significant changes we will tell you in advance. If you keep using Plaazaa after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Thailand. We encourage you to contact us first — most problems can be solved quickly.
