Polls — for Space managers
Space owners and Space admins are poll managers. On top of what members can do (Polls in a Space), you can post official polls, close or delete any poll, and set the Space's poll rules.
Official polls #
An official poll speaks for the Space — the office, the committee, the organisers.
- Press ＋ Start a poll in the Polls tab.
- Write the question and choices as usual.
- Switch on ★ Official poll at the bottom. (Only managers see this switch.)
- Press Post poll.
The poll is posted as the Space (its name and picture), shows a ★ OFFICIAL badge, comes first in the list, and every member gets a notification.
💡 For office surveys, Show results: After it closes keeps early answers from steering later ones.
Close, edit or delete a poll #
Open the ⋯ menu on any poll:

| Edit poll | until the first vote — wording, choices and settings |
| Close the poll now | any time while it is open; nobody can vote after this, and voters are told the results are ready |
| Delete poll | any time; removes the poll, its votes and its choices |
🔒 You see the live results of every poll, also when members see them only later. The card says "Only you (author / manager) see these results for now".
Poll settings #
Open Poll settings from the Space's tools (until the Manage → Tools page arrives, use the link /pz-tool/api.php?t=poll&a=settings&g=<Space number>):

Where results show #
- The Polls tab: chips Open · Closed · Official · Mine, sorted by Ending soon, Newest or Most votes.
- The Space Home: the Polls card lists open polls, official first.
- The header line under the Space name: "2 open polls".
- Notifications: official poll → all members; poll closed → voters and the author.
